Overview

With 1 in 4 people suffering from a Mental Health condition, it has never been so important to improve Mental Health support in the workplace. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Guidance to Employers outline the importance of Mental Health in the workplace.

We are proud to offer nationally regulated (RQF) Mental Health Awareness courses for your staff and managers, giving them the tools to recognise and support a range of Mental Health conditions in the workplace. If staff can see your organisation is actively promoting positive mental health and support through training, you will find it will have a positive effect on the working culture as a whole.
